Service was great but the beds were not the most comfortable

Excelente hotel, me quede solo 1 noche me decidí por el excelente trato del personal cómodo, AC, TV agua caliente,esta ubicado muy cerca del puente , encontrar esto por el precio por eso puse 5 estrellas porque no vas a encontrar esta comodidad por $550.00.. Coincido que es poco incomodo que no te dan llaves, pero creo que sea por seguridad propia y el hotel (por ser de paso pues deben tener el control de quien sale y entra) Lo recomiendo si necesitan quedarse en nuevo laredo sobre todo si se te hizo tarde y quieres partir el día siguiente
No tienen llaves las habitaciones y si uno sale tiene que hablar para que le vuelvan a abrir, con lo cual se pierde privacidad. Pero es un hotelito decente dentro de su categoría y los trabajadores son muy amables y serviciales. Volveré a quedarme ahí sin dudas.

Un lugar muy limpio,bonito muy buena opción para descansar personal eficiente y amable solo la señora morena muy grosera para tratar a la gente, de ahí todo muy bien a gracias a las otras señoras por su orientación
This is the best hotel to stay in Nuevo Laredo, it has 24 hour security. The staff is very efficient and friendly. It's simple but a comfortable place, great price. My go to Hotel in Nuevo Laredo.
Este es un buen hotel si por alguna necesidad ocupas estar cerca del puente internacional. Económico y cómodo. Tiene aire acondicionado. Para salir es necesario avisar a recepción para cerrar con seguro y cuando regresas ellos te abren.
